The sequence on the ground

Numbered because the order is the information. Skip a step and the portal will send you back.

  1. 1

    First conversation

First conversation on WhatsApp with the matching desk. We place you: resident, non-resident, company, Muslim / non-Muslim, target city.

  2. 2

    Rule check

Against the current zone document — not against a blog list.

  3. 3

    Search and shortlist

Properties that still match after the rule check.

  4. 4

    Travel and viewings

We receive you and take you to the files.

  5. 5

    Official purchase path

Through the official channels, with us beside the process.

  6. 6

    Aftercare

Status, questions, next steps after the purchase.

Say which service. A team in Madinah takes that file.
